i notice that i lose a little fluid through the bottle cap only a little bit but i wipe it up then when i look a week or so later there again...could it be the rubber seal on the cap has gone?i looked at cap seemed ok but not sure if u would notice it really
They all do it.
(Apart from my Williams 3, which didn't leak at all.. not sure why)

I have an overflow on mine. Basically just drilled a hole into the top of the cap, pushed in some washer pipe and run the other end into a small plastic container located by the ecu. Now when it fills up the other bottle I just empty it back into the system.
I think the system basically gets over-pressurised when its used at high rpm constantly and if taken on track it makes a right mess.

You could always try a new cap and let us know! :D
