Was watching episode 3 of Torchwood and look what I saw for all of 1 second in shot. :)
I think it was filmed in Wales last year, possibly Cardiff. Anyone here?

my old williams 2 was used as a getaway car in a diamond robbery in the bill ;) dont know if it actually got away or not tho, never seen the prog.
