Didn't think Marc was even on this forum.
The only rule is that everyone should know when its game on shouldn't they.
The other rule is going off track or not making it to the end of the race means you didn't win regarless of who you overtook.

rules of engagement?? if u see the person behind is quicker than you...let them past, cos apparently theres not many overtaking points there, which could result in some serious off road use hehe

I reckon it might be a good idea to let all the acknowledged slower drivers i.e. ME out together and then let the lunatics (2Live, Ben, Matt, Mark, etc, etc) out together so us novices can see how you're supposed to do it.

I will be taking it easy, picking my lines with precision and gently squeezing the brakes in a controlled manner.

Either that or I will just nail the brakes at the last minute and chuck the car in and see if it grips. :twisted:

In all seriousness though, we arent actually racing so if a car is quicker than you just back off, move over and let them through. Check your mirrors after everycorner and be aware of quicker cars. Thats what I do.

When people try to race at trackdays it all ends in tears.
