How do i get the oil pump belt drive cog off ?

I used an impact gun, but if you dont' ahve that the haynes details making a strap that goes round it using the old cambelty, of you can wrap something round it and use an oil filter removal tool

As the the water pump pully either an impact gun again, or i stuck an allen ket through one of the holes and wedged it against the water pump first one i did
