Decat vs smashed in cat?

Will they both give a similar power increase?

Due to be ripped off on Cliosport i'm not getting the decat i paid for so am wondering if i'd be as well getting a used cat from the scrappy for a fiver and knocking that through?

Put on a decat and save the the cat for mot's. Else you might find your desperate for a cat come mechanical check time :D

I can sell you the floanges for the de-cat you just need to buyt eh pipe and get them welded on, can't be arsed ****ing about with them any more
