Recomended air filters to fit standard box?... are there any power gains to speak of?

bit freer flowing..better than an ind kit unless the weathers like this.i.e fukkin freezin.. always used k&ns personally but there are a lot of other difrent makes..prob all bout sam really

i use green...and noticed a differance because my old one was so dirty...heehee

I've got a K&N Panel jobby on mine, notice **** all difference, which was nice

got a ITG panel filter, no idea if it improved it but for price it cost saves me buying std one all time

TBH im thinking of going back to paper ones and just changing them more often.
