went along to the rs trackday at cadwell yesterday, had an awesome time :D stayed the whole day and got my monies worth this time :lol: as i was out all day danielle had picture duties, also a vid from midges and my car...

4pots were awesome mate, one of the best mods ive done to the car. done cadwell last year and could only manage 3-4 laps before fade set in, this year was doing 20-30 laps per session and not one bit of fade them just seemed to get better and better. only reason i came off after 30 laps was because oil was sitting between 110-120 degs. only thing i need for it now are a set of r888's for track and ill be happy as a pig in shit, not that im unhappy with it now just theres allways room for improvment :twisted: hmm mocal oil cooler, got one sitting here from my old uno tubo :twisted:

there were some dam quick 197's and a few quick 182's / 172's was fairly well matched, not many people though so ment you could get a long time on track and not see too much.

was good to meet you aswell allan, cheers for the cable ties :D sean as allan said there was a good mix of cars, some of the r27's and tropheys were going very quick, 1 trophy in particular was rapid on its slicks through the corners :twisted: and oh boy some of the megane were running 270bhp and trust me they were quick :lol:

yeah some of the corners could of been taken alot faster, i went out in the megane r26 at 4 pm and wished id done it at the beginning now as the instructor was telling me all the correct lines to take, like the lefthander after coming out the forest striaght, as we were coming up to the corner @ 110 he said dap the brake a little then pull it into the corner and floor it :shock: i was like u sure mate, done it and worked out perfect :D was also saying to midge how much fun i had going round in your car last year, ill remember that for the rest of my life, legend of a driver :D

nah was a 172/182 fella, him and the cit-ren 172 cup were really going for it, armco was damaged and had to wait 2 hours to get back on track while they fixed it, 1 of the hours was for lunch tho so was'nt so bad.
