mate of mine had it and couldnt afford to keep it running, hadnt been propperly serviced in 27k and he used to rag the tits off it everywhere

all serviced and up together now appart from the cambelt, pulls like a train still, but may sling the lump in favour of a 2.0 in time for shows next year

on saturady we washed it, clay bar'd, t-cut colour matched, and gave it a coat of wax

on the sunday we washed it again, and gave it another 2 coat of wax!!

wheels are kerbd to fook, but they were free off a mate, so I couldnt argue, plus they had brand new tred!!!

Oz super t's if I'm not mistaken.

If I ever manage to get a jap car, I may try and track this clio. Stunned at the price still. Looks pretty good. Got any interior shots?

What are your general impressions of the car?

you are certainly on the buttom mate, mate chooped in a car at welcome finance, didnt have any spare wheels to change them for so alls I had to do was part with my old set of ph2 valver rims (3 illegal tyres and 1 slow flat) and they were mine FOC

no interoir shots as yet but may have some soon (not much to see tho lol) waiting on a couple of peeps pics from WSR still, also should be some of the bay as well (spent 3-4 hrs and a few stellas detailing under the bonnet on the sunday)

impressions wise the car now drives pretty straight (slight kink in rack, will be replaced next year) and goes like shit off a stick, loves being reved to the limit and even on standard suspension loves the track, been round silverstone at speed and had a play round donnington park on sunday evening on the parade lap too, only prob is the engine makes some funny noises every now and again at idle which is why I'm thinking 2.0 for next year

its my daily drive now as my 1.6 16v clio got jealous of the valver and died!!
