ok so my cars started clunking when going through the gears well mainly 1st and 2nd and when in first at highish revs when you come off the gas and back on the engine rocks and nocks.
ive looked at the mounts and the one under the battery had a loose bolt (closest to the engine) so ive tightend that and its got a little better but cant see why its still happening unless the bolts come loose again.
now when i first took the battery off there was a bolt in one of the holes doing nothing another one with what looked like it could be a earth not bolted onto anything and the other one with rubber thingy around it was tight.

can anyone shed anylight on what my problems could be?

most likely to be the rear mount (mostly refered to as 'dog bone') if your getting excessive engine movement for and aft in the bay. About £35 to by iirc. easyish to fit
