after i focked up with my oil was thinking that prehaps we should have a sticky in the technical section for novices like me with such details as oil grade, upgrades, gear box fluid, paint codes, disc sizes (as there is many) and other serviceable items that may need to be changed, and the thread could be there to guide others as to what should be used and what not to be used?

wasnt strictly my fault, went to the garage for oil and filter change and they offered me to upgrade to fully synthetic so i thought yea why not, as they told me it would give it added protection. however what i didnt know was that they put 5w30 in. and the new thinner oil made it idle when hot (ran the same pressures cold) bout 2psi and pretty low when running too, went back and ask em what they put in it, they said 5w30 and i said it was too thin and now i have 10w40 in it!
