imobolizer prob

iv had my engine out yesterday. the 1st time iv ever done this.
engine came out fine. i replaced gear box as it was knackerd. and fitted engine today. when i went to strike engine for the first time i noticed the imobolizer light on dash will flash like i havent blipped it enought times.
what can this be. is there any plugs on engine that i could of not pluged back on to wireing loom???
need to no asap im attacking the engine again tomoz

check everything is plugged back in properly, esp the ecu plug.

whats the esp. as far as im aware everythink is pluggeed in

all it was is there was a plug disconnected in enclosure for wireing behind battery
