Whats the best oil to run with a turbo?

Also, have people uprated their fuel pumps. If so, what to and how much?

Assuming your turbo oil is the same as your engine oil, then whatever is recommended for your engine really.

Prob best going for a fully synth nowadays anyway and changing often.

Basic turbo advice: (just in case you don't know, a bit off-topic)
Remember to not rev your engine when first switching on wait at least 10 seconds before pulling away.
At minimum for last few miles try to cool engine down. NEVER immediately turn off. Wait at least 15 secs, preferably 30 secs before turning off. If no cool down time allowed and engine hot, wait at least 1 minute before switching off.

If you don't follow this advice, you get quick wear on the turbo from cold revving, or burnt caked oil on the turbo components as you turned off to quick allowing the oil to burn.

Some peeps say they never had problems with switching off imediately, but I suggest that these are also the clueless clowns that rev there engines from cold.
