I have seen qiute a lot clios with modified taillights - by modified I mean when you brake not only the brake light lights but the fog light as well. This is what I am talking about:

My question is do you know how to do it and if you could explain it to me :)

Why the hell would you want to do that??!!

Plus it wouldn't pass MOT.

sounds like normal renault crap wiring to me :P
Its not a mod its a short circuit :P

While you are at it hook some neons under the car and put them on aswell, then when you brake the car will flash, bet no ones done that :D

and if you get really into the modding, you can get those led washer jets and hook them up to the brakes so they flash the car infront and they know you are breaking too !

No there is a MOT every year but it's very easy to pass it with a non fully functional car :) For example, we have also a Fiat 126p that is over 25 years old and if I have to pass the MOT without knowing the guys that work there it's almost imposible! There are very little things that work properly in it :)
