good work! how are you routing the boost pipework for the front mount, has it involved much chopping for i/c itself and the pipes?

Have the barrels been honed on that block?

What Gasket are you using there?

The pipes havnt been fitted yet they are being done on the same day as the downpipe is done, didnt need to take much away just ground the bumper down alittle!

What pressure are you gonna be running, as that's a fairly small intercooler for a 2 litre engine.

Crossers asked if the block had been honed, not rebored. Honing is setting up the surface of the metal to be 'worn in' as such (stan will tell you more), Reboring is merely enlarging the diameter. Do not run your engine if it has ONLY been rebored. You need to get it honed to be safe. (you normally tend to see honing as cross hatching in the bores (which does not look present in yours, hence why I think Crossers asked about it).

Would make sure you stay between the 250-300bhp mark with that small intercooler (unless you have some other air cooling going on in conjunction with it). Wouldn't run more than 1 bar either with that one (just to be safe). That's just my opinion though and other turbo'd clio peeps may say different.

I dont really want more than 250bhp as going to be using him every day so need him to be reliable!
