car failed mot on handbrake efficency

apparently its only 13%.. it holds on steep hill's and the lever doesnt point sky high, personally i think the guy didnt pull it up enough.. but ignoring that, whast te problem?

depends on disc and cable condition.

New cable on the weak side fixed mine :)

I had this, failed my MOT on it too, in my case it was rear caliper

my handbrake lever was bent and only pulling on one side plus a skicky caliper was the problem on mine

when can i get those dials ?

Mine doesn't hold on steep hills :shock: and that's pulled on hard d'oh.

Need to get it fixed as well (but can't get wheels off to inspect lol).
