Gave it a good t-cut and radiant 2 autoglym polish today.
Camera doesnt do it justice, its absolutely pinging shiney!
Fitted the leather too, just need to sort a few rust bits out now and Im there.
Have a look at the bottom picture please and comment, hinges?? You can get your index finger in that gap, other side has a gap but its approx half distance.

Would wear those Toyos out quick and get some F1s though ;) lol :P
I reckon hinges just need adjusting on that door! (Though I've no idea how to actually do that so don't ask me LoL)
is it any better when not fully closed.

I actually have toyo's on the rear, F1's on the front. I liked the F1's when I got them on a month ago, but im still not sure really as to whether they grip as well as toyo's.
Undoubtedly better in the wet, and they screech like a bitch too which I like :o
Just thought Id try them as the wear rate on the toyo's is shocking so thought Id give these a go!

Its the same right through the stoke if thats what you mean maxi?
Tbh though the bonnet is out of align, so i do need to budge that up which will help but that wont alter the fact thathe door wont close properly. You can see that on the pic.
I think it is the hinges cause I suppose it works on the same principal as doors on a house, if they arent right then the door wont fit the frame properly.

You guys are showing your age now, im 25 and dont have a fooking clue and im pretty knowledgable on cars.
I have a nightwatchman that sits through the night in it im that paranoid that someone is gonna come and pinch parts of it!!
I waited nearly 5 months for my passenger 432 door!!! 432 is rare man!
I will let you in to a secret though, my bonnet is stoned chipped horendously bad so I wouldnt bother, you'd only have to get it sprayed anyways!! :wink:
I'm only 25 just started at an early age I guess!

Well my step dad said - 'Bloody hot in summer, freezing in winter!'
He said dont even go there but so far I love it. Theyre so much more comfortable.
My previous phase 2 seats were nice but they were really saggy compared to these. You almost got lost in them! I dont know whether that happens with age? These leather ones are so much more rigid.
So far so good, will see if step father is right when the winter comes! :roll:
