Finally got my shocks through - but they look like 16v ones to me - the camber still seems far too high!

Try the bilstien website :) They do 25% uprated shocks.. so after a year they'll be worn down to just about right :D But honestly, very good price for bilsteins (at least for valvers).

Weird.. I had found them REALLY cheap for the OE versions but 25% uprated... can't find the same site anymore (it was about 7 months ago).

Ok this was the site I was on about (I think). The B4's are to original spec I believe going on the part numbers from Bilsteins catalogue. The b6 items are uprated 'sport' items and are more expensive.

The website: http://www.balancemotorsport.co.uk/sitepage/Bilstein.html

Check here for part numbers:
B4: http://www.bilstein.de/cms_website/root/index.php?page_id=32

e.g. Clio 1.8 16v is VNE-4116 (£38.94 each) on the front, and BNE-1998 (£28.74 each) on the back with the B4 shocks.

The B6's are much more expensive as mentioned being £147 for the front compared to the B4's £38. I however find the 16v dampers/springs and present very good even though they are old, so new items must be pretty darn hot :) (Ok you get some body roll but the 16v/williams don't get that very much anyway).

Apologies... somehow I thought that I was helping (being bored at work) but went off-topic. Apologies.
