Fiberglass bonnet

I am thinking about getting a fibreglass bonnet as i have managed to put a nice dint in mine by not fitting my coilovers properly!
Has anyone had any experience with them? Would reccomend getting one?
Where can i get one from?
Been looking at K-Tec but they seem a little on the expensive side.

As it stands, there is one pair left (i.e. one of each)---£300.
