Power Steering fluid?

What type of power steering fluid should I buy, i've never changed it and don't think it's been done by anyone else so thought i might as well get it done so,

what's the best stuff to buy?

how often should it be changes?

how easy is it to do?

cant think of grade but ATF fluid(red) is what is used in std system

look for lowest pipe or join u can undo and drain it from there it will run out without any help but could run engine to pump it out aslong as u dont keep runnign it once its all out!

filling is easy, get pipe back on then put fluid in to max level, with engine runnign lock to lock it for a while(steering ) and keep topping up untill its full
