What gearbox oil should I use?

I changed mine around a year ago and think it's best to get it done again, to keep it fresh, what does everyone else use and how often do they change it?

Cheers

Danny

75w80 is the grade, its either TRJ or TRP ELF 75w80 that is recomended, dont have to change it often but why not no harm done

Millers TRX 75w90 Fully synthetic. IMO its just about the best gearbox oil on the market. Used by the majority of privately run group "n" rally Evos and what I have been using for years, in all performance cars. Suitable for high temp trackwork as well which is a big bonus.

Since running the Clios I have only had one gearbox problem, which was down to the wrong struts putting too much stress on the diff.

Mark,

How much can you do the millers for?
I have been using Motul recently.

Motul isnt exactly a bad one to use Mat, they use very high quality stuff in their oils, the 300v engine oil is one of the best on the market, if not THE best, however you do pay a premium for it

Not if you know the right people.
