any one know the torque settings for the:
main cap bolts
big end cap bolts
clutch plate bolts
cylinder head bolts

check with coops for the torque setting onthe big ends..

dont quote me i thought it was 45nm

as i said check with coops x

i used my local friendly haynes manual!

main cap bolts - 65nm
big end cap bolts - 50nm
clutch plate bolts - nothing specified, so tight! :lol:
cylinder head bolts - 4 STAGES:

(in spiral pattern starting with centre front bolts and working clockwise to outer bolts)

1. 30nm
2. angle to 50 degrees, wait 3 mins and loosen again
3. 25nm
4. angle to 108 degrees +/- 3 degrees

8mm 30nm

flywheel to crank(new bolts) 50/55nm
