At the French Car show, I ended up buying an Oil Cooler for my 172 from Yozzasport. They did not have any with them, but they said it would be with me within 10 days. They took my name, address and contact details and I parted with my hard earned.

3 weeks later after sending them emails I have heard nothing back from them. They have not been in contact and still I have no oil cooler.

Has anyone used them before or experienced problems with them?

Thanks

This happens a lot so I hear. I wouldn't ever use them myself as they are not exactly the cheapest place around, and of course, they don't deliver when they say they will.

Have you tried ringing them, or maybe PM Fred/Yozza over on Cliosport.

I've used them a couple of times. They are really good blokes but I have heard that sometimes they drop the ball, like in this instance.

But everytime I've called them I've got through. So give them a call, don't expect emails to get answered (mine never have)!!

I know they were pretty busy on the day, and I think their respective women dragged them off to finland or sweden or somewhere like that, so I'm not sure they can get stuff in the post right now - but, as above, give them a ring and see! :)

Thats a bit shit. Try to pm them on cliosport or something. If you dont get a reply or cant get hold of them id post the same topic on cliosport. Im sure they will surface when they see there being slated online infront of potential customers!

Personally i wouldnt of parted with cash at fcs though unless the item is there to take away.
