tomorrow im having new front calipers fitted, the ones on the car have done 165k so are past their best
having discs and pads at the same time aswell
gettin the calipers from GSF so not too bad on those, but im wondering how much labour its gonna set me back
my mechanic is usually pretty cheap, but i guess his costs have gone up as lately he isnt as cheap as he used to be
for example, about 3 years ago he fitted a new dogbone for me, £5, did one last week and wanted £10 this time, still cheap though really, just giving an example
today i had my handbrake adjusted and a stuck on lambda removed and a new one fitted, that was £20
im guessing about £50/£60
i can do discs and pads myself, however one of the discs is stuck on with a buggered screw which i dont fancy having a go at, and im stuck when it comes to the calipers, dont want something else to go wrong and have the car stuck on my drive, so im getting it done properly
