Stupid question but how do I add a picture?

As above I have a picture I want to show you of my brake caliper with a WILLIAMS sticker on it that someone made for me but cant work out how to add a picture... Help!!!!!!!

get a photobucket.com account

load it up there from your desktop

when its loaded copy and paste the img link into your post a voila
