Right,

Currently on spax 35mm drop front springs. I know it aint the right way to do it, but hey!

The 16v needs lowering more at the front. It definately sits front high so im in a pickle as to whether to go for a coilover kit or an adjustable spax kit for example.

What do you guys advise? Whats the difference between coilovers and a standard adjustable setup?

Ive had a peek on deemon tweeks (wont buy from there tho) and as far as I can see you need to buy coilovers if you want the drop at the front to be more than 35mm, is this right?

Cheers
Leigh.

Just had a quick peek on ktec and they offer an apex setup, £260.

Any good?

most times adjustable shocks means adjustable for damping.

coilovers let you adjust the height also. means more position our as usual just the one right position. allows you to set the car just right for you.
height and damping.

you can get lower fixed springs.

normal are 25mm 30mm 40mm 50mm and sometimes 60mm
