Correct procedure

What is the correct procedure regarding fitment of new front shocks.

I have new shocks to fit, they are all assembled with 172 springs.

Now do you slide it up into turret and loosely spin the top nut on, fully tighten the two hub bolts, refit the wheel, lower the car then finally tighten top nut?

How do you torque the top nut down whilst holding centre section still with a 6mm allen key, i dont have a crowfoot wrench unfortunately to allow me to get a torque wrench on.

Just do the top tight, tbh i dont' bother with torque wrenches much now its all just tight or ****ing tight lol

Apart from that you're about right

Make sure you put the strut to hub bolts through the same way they came off, they are that way for a reason, although **** knows what it is lol
