new standard bolts.

they require a stretch gauge setting up and possible resizing using the arps

ARP are a great off the shelf upgrade, not the ultimate, but better than stock and priced well.

Try coordsport or arrows performance direct for cheaper prices.

I ALWAYS resize rods when installing bolts with a higher clamping load as it distorts the big end housing and you can suffer out of round wear.

Resize the rods with the ARP bolts torqued to the specified torque/stretch.

Ideally you want to use a stretch gauge, but many people have done it using a plain old (GOOD) torque wrench.

Bloody hell,i suppose it does make sense but i didnt realise the rods would have to be altered again, ive allready had them done once using the factory bolts,i really want to upgrade to stronger ones though so i suppose theyll have to be done again
