Decat exhaust is it worth putting on???

I have a standard system on my Williams 2 but someone has given me a decated bit i.e theyve ripped all the guts out...

I was wondering if It is worth putting on and what difference it would make if any?

Or shall I just leave the original cat on?

With the marginal difference you normally get with a decat.
It wouldnt be worth the hassle of rusty bolts to fit a modded cat.
