As the clio is in a garage having a few of the more major bits done it thought id use this opportunity to paint ze bumpstrips. They will do for now till i buy new ones. I was gagging to get them 2.0 badges on! 8)

Also took the runners off the spare phase 1 to make sure they matched my cobra subframes. They work fine so buckets in on monday too! :)

Looks good. Should have had the can turned round the other way in the pics though so we could see what it is. :lol: Is it that Plastikote stuff?

Its called Hycote Satin Black Acrylic Formulation.


Bit of wet and dry 1200, let dry, spray up, let dry, fresh looking bumpstrips!

I picked mine up from a local car parts place which sells spray, can prolly get it anywhere tbh!

Well recommended though! Looks quite close to standard i think!
