aux coolant pump help plz

im after some help please, the aux coolant pump, thats supposed to come on after you've switched off the engine, if its reached a certain temp does not seem to work on my valver.
does anyone know which relay works it, and where its located? this way i could poss bridge the connection to see if its the pump at fault.

any help would be great thanks. :)

yes mate. its located on the subframe down in front of the battery. never heard mine come on either. think is meant to run and move hot water from the head. i suppose that if it ran at the same time as the fan you would not here it.

not sure on the relay control of it thiugh.

The plug to short out to test it resides at the back of the thermostat housing.

found it, cleaned up the connection, heard it working just now, thanks guys. 8)
