I had my race car at demon tweeks on friday for 4 corner alignment.

The guys did a great job for me and explained fully what was going on and listened to what settings i wanted.

The car is now miles better than what it was (back end cam loose quickly). It almost made me have the xantia redone after Kwickfit ruined it lol.

£40 - money well spent.

It wasnt too far out to start with but now its miles better ! Shows that correct tracking is vital on these cars !

i think the rear is but i will need to check. Think shims are used,

I just had tracking done - camber is fixed on the original cars @ - 4degrees

looks like a very pro workshop :D , had mine setup the other day for fcs. wanted to run abit of camber as i was getting bored with the std setup, got the front set to 0.50 degrees - and the front track set to toe out a litte more than normal. made a very noticable difference and handles even better than before, mine cost £70 tho, still money well spent imo :D

I tried to get my tracking and allignment done yesterday at nationwide - they looked out the window at my car in the car park and said they couldnt do it as the gear wouldnt fit over the wheels.

Its only lowered a wee bit on the front and back, does anyone know where i could go to get this done in the yorkshire area?

Dont suppose there will be a plce to do this down at fcs will there?

look for a pirelli performance centre, my willy is lowered front and rear more than most and i had the same problem with the gear, there is one in Warrington and its basically the same set up as the tweeks pics. £20 for tracking ;o)

their gear fits on nicely as its very thin and doesnt stick out like other models. very quick, very good and they get you to go back in 2 weeks to check and if its changed they do it for free. excellent stuff

It also depends on how low your car is due to the overhangs on the bumper as the lasers for both front wheels need to see each other, you can usually get round this by sliding both lasers down from the centre point of the wheel to adjust the toe but this may affect the camber readings. The majority of the time the only problem is actually getting low cars on the alignment ramp not carrying out the alignment itself

Cup looks cool northy, lookin forward to seeing it at FCS!

Tweeks are spot on, had a few jobs done there myself, always very professional and do a good job. I highly recommend them!
