thats annoying couldnt move the manifold enough might have to cut them then to get them out as my downpipe bolts are useless

Only 2 bolts holding the downpipe on? Take those off then just shove the exhaust out the way.

From underneath car. Get on your back use a long extension(s) possibily a UJ. That's how i do mine.

angle grind the bolts off for the dobone, then use new ones :)

grinding them off sounds like a good option but midge said they are ment to go that way and if they dont go back in that way they will knock on the manifold
should go that way as the heads slimmer than the bolt and nut.

on my one there was enough space to remove both bolts, and put them in anyway you wanted, but they must be put in the correct way to avoid knocking..

Are you trying to undo the manifold bolts or the downpipe bolts? You should be able to leaver the exhaust out the way with a breaker bar anyway.
I've always put the bolts through the 'wrong' but easy way... never get any knocking :?

tried undoing the bolts between the manifold and down pipe with no luck
going to cut the bolts then put them back in the wroong way and see how it goes if the rain ever stops

right finally done it ended up taking the down pipe off from the manifold using mole grips on one of the bolts didnt take too long 2 hours to do it all but what a difference it has made, i bought a new mount and tigerselaed it, if anyones intressted i could do them for 30 as my mate works for a motorfactors all tiggersealed ready to go
which was did you put the bolts through in the end?
first time i changed the mount it took ages
did it the other day in about 10mins though :D
