Yes it has been before, it will need a bulb in the rear bumper for the numberplate and thats it for the mot.

As a track/race car all of the car is a1 condition a few little marks on body / bumpers but engine box suspension brakes are a1 as they need to be on track.

You need to warm brakes up for road use or refit some greenstuff for day to day driving as the carbon metalics take a a lap to come up to temp.
