gear box mount

right my gear box mount has sheered where the bolt type thingy connects everything together, had a problem with it keep undoing its self last month. Any one got any ideas why its done this ? oh and my cars a hybrid

where the bolt goes through the mounrt into the rubber

the bolt or the rubber. they tend to shear if there lose. i,ve had a box go because this came loose. new ones got the extra 19 mount and all new rubbers

the bolt im going to replace the dogbone and this bolt see if that solves it
