Who recommends them and why?

I had a fairly long chat with steve who sounds like he runs it and he seemed really keen on doing a good job for me on this 16V head.

Told him Im wanting new seats in the valver head for my megane valves along with further porting and gas flowing - seems confident he can do a very good job of it.
