i need to remove the driveshaft ive knocked out the pin and pulled it off the shaft at g. box end.

What is involved when removing it from the wheel hub end?

need to undo hub nut, but if u've already undone it from box end u wont be able to do it!

once u get hub nut off need to undo strut to hub bolts ( some people only undo one but i fing just undoing them both is easier) then can wiggle the shaft out!

thanks for the reply, so how come you cant undo it if its not connected to the box?

because it turns but you can use the brakes to stop it turning.

cool thanks, so is it a case of getting some one to press the brakes whilst i undo the the hub bolt, is there a special tool what size socket?

Once that bolt is off and the strut to hub bolts removed is that the lot? 8)

30mm socket big bar and some muscles.

Just push the driveshaft back on don't need to push the pin in, put it in first make sure the handbrake is on hard and turn the nut with a knuckle bar/pole on the end of a ratchet!
