Got some Sparcos and now have the tailored subframes and runners. Do I need to keep anything from the std setup?

that should be it, you may need to use some of the std bolts depending what seats/frames etc you got.

Cool. Will just get a raft of new bolts as the subframes and runners didn't come with any.

u need to keep the standard runners and bolt the sparco subframes to these. the sparco runners then go ontop of the sparco subframes then seat bolts to sparco runners.

You sure? The seat will end up in the roof!

yeah its the only way mine would fit, the seats would'nt fit to the sparco frame as the bottom of the seats curve so i had to use the sparco runners as a spacer. i basicly have 2 sets of runners now lol the sparco subframe has to be fitted to the standars runners as that where they were designed to be fitted, its abit gay really and i need to go sidemounts .

i,m running sidemounts but on the standard seats runners. as i found them to low on the floor without making a frame of some kind so decided to make frames on the standard runners so they can be slide back and fore.
