Definatly worth replacing the heatsheild and header tank with brand new items, really freshens up the engine bay! 8)

Hope you like!

Does the heatshield come with the bolts to fit it on? If thats how it's held on anyway :)

re fixings there are three studs on the bulkhead which if you dont have the nuts then you can buy from renault bit of a weird design god knows why renault didnt use std nuts :? :?

I wonder how long it will be before they stop making them, or run out.

Header tank and heatsheild can both be picked up from Renault direct. The header tank comes with a new cap which is good as your old one is probably about fooked, and the heatsheild does NOT come with the little nuts to hold it on.

Luckily i have all of mine, so if you have a look at the three studs, 1 at the top, 2 at the bottom, there should be some strange little nuts on there.

Certainly worth doing as all the material had fallen out of mine so probably wasn't keeping much cool! The new ones are shiny as fook as well the picture doesn't do it justice! Proper bling!

also in my opinion the nuts are small and how many heatshield have you seen where the nut holes are gone, imight invest in 3 washers to spread the surface area more

Yes, but don't tighten them up too much as this just squashes the heatshield and causes a bigger hole to fall out.
