Mate there's about 3/4 double threaded bolts that you need to screw into the bottom threaded holes of the gearbox with a pair of pliers, these then slide through holes on the bottom of the engine which you then secure with nuts.

There's 3/4 normal long bolts that go along the top of the gearbox, and there's a few bolts that need to go in around the starter motor area as well. Don't forget to bolt the bracket back on that holds up one of the breather pipes as well, this shares some thread on one of the double threaded bolts on the front of the gearbox.

Make sense?

thanks mate so the bolts and nuts go along bottom and the others along top.

this may sound stupid but do you fit the starter motor after the gearbox is on?

You can do it either way i believe.

When i took my box off i didn't have to touch the starter motor, so might as well bash it back on before you put the box on?

Yeah so seperate nuts and bolts along the bottom, just bolts along the top.

starter is easy after gearbox is on. bottom bolt holes engine to gearbox also have a bush fitted so they can only go one way
