as title please folks which oil should i be putting in the williams please, i see there's been a group buy on silkolene pro s 10 w 50, is this the stuff i should be using?

10W40 i thought (i couldnt tell you the difference tho!)

..50 MAY be thicker for those track goers, so it doesnt get too thin when hot..

think i might just go for silkolene 10 50, as there will be the odd track day thrown in, and it does like to get a good canning :D
