View Full Version : Quick Question (Rear brake caliper)

My car failed its MOT for the following reason:

Offside Parking brake recording little or no effort, if i replace the caliper will this solve my problem

and also i was looking at gsf and not sure im ordering the correct part can somebody confirm part number i need,

is this the correct part no. N65673? (offside is the right side aint it?)

Don't order online. I'd go down your nearest one and get it then you can check them over first. They usually have them in stck as they're the same caliper as for about eleventy million other french hatches. :lol:

only if its a caliper problem and not a seized handbrake cable.

had the same problem when got mine, load sensing valve was seized

whats the easiest way to find out, whether its the caliper, cable or load sensing valve?
