Is going to be a similar rebuild to what you did for me stan.

Only difference is im going to have a go myself and try and teach myself a few things with the help of people on here and the haynes book.

Not pistons or rods but pretty much everything else mate.

Getting Some Piper 276 cams aswell - those will be just about okay to run on the standard hydraulic lifters and valve springs as far as im aware?

Ive got myself a spare 16V head with all the valves intact etc so Im gonna have it as a project, Just need to decide which B.End to use....was thinking meggy...any suggestions mate?

sounds like a plan. try a local motor factors for gaskets and external parts, all internal shit like rings and shells you should be able to get through whatever machine shop you use.

cams will depend on lift as to whether stock gear is suitable, but given they are from piper, they wont be owt craxy so will likely be reet!

ask away if you need any advice.
