URGENT HELP!!! Clutch is f**ked!

basically i have a big thread about it on cliosport so if you wouldnt mind reading it there and seeing what you think!

i have checked and my clutch fork is actually moving fine (the distance) but my clutch just wont disengage. i think my release bearing has popped through maybe which would explain the heavy vibration aswell

the relase bearing is part of the clutch? what do u mean? am i just being dumb?

the release bearing slides on the input shaft. tThe clutch plate is in side the clutch cover
