VOTE NOW!
*Bear in mind this is on non-16v front arches and 35mm on a 16v = 55mm on a non-16v
:)
personally mate id have a set made up to your own spec if i was u, if u contact mark ritchspeed he can sort u out with some, thats what i did with the williams springs :)
out of the 2 mate i'd go 35mm i'm currently on 55mm gmax and it's doing my tits in! i can't enjoy a countryside blast as much on rougher roads cos my zorst catches sometimes
Rich, it that 55 on 16v springs or on 1.2 springs? I'm already on 35mm RT jobs but there still a good 30mm between arch and tyre...
they are 1.2 springs and spax dampers mate so there will be a bit more room! gimmie a sec i'll try and find a pic of my car on the flat so you can see what it looks like :)

There you go mate (on standard dampers before i got the spax) :)
Since when has a 55mm drop on a non 16v car = 35mm drop on 16v car :?
since valvers are lower standard
since valvers are lower standard
oh
So if i got 55mm lowering springs for a valver it woudl make my car 90mm lower?
well, 75mm - 16v's are apparently 20mm lower as standard. Don't know if its do-able tho in reality due to the thin arches. Mind-you, you've got 16v ones haven't you so would be ok...
i have mate and all i kow is if a wheel clamp gets put on there is less than a mm gap to the arch (nearly had him for damaging my car) so i think 35mm would be safer!
