rear shocks

should the rear shocks have a big washer either side of the bottom rubber bush/mount that attaches to the axle?

i just replaced mine and the one i removed only had 1 washer on the bolt side of the mount.

i tighten the bolt, taken it for a drive and it was ok to start with then it began knocking from this bottom mount. i retightened it and the same situation occurred. all i can think is there should maybe be a washer on the inside of the mount(between the shock and axle)

any ideas?

there no washer on the inside of the lower shock mount. they should be torqued to 85nm thats tight.
