Does it come with the plastic grommet that surrounds the bottom of it?

As if so, does it remain intact without any splits?

Can you box up the heat shield when sending out? And do you take paypal? If yes, then I will take it.

Yes it does come with the plastic gromit, bit it is slifghtly slpit, so would be best if a new rubber was bought...other thn that the aerial is fine. Matt
