Anybody know the spec for standard williams cams i.e. lift and duration?

not really but i think there 8.5mm lift 256 degrees or there abouts.

Really? Seems quite high deg there, are they different in spec to standard f7p ones then? was looking on kents website and the lowest they do for the f7p is 254 (sports injection) so standard must be less than that. The lowest they do for a f7r is 260 so hints that willy cams are slightly lairier than valver ones? Finally are both sets interchangeable between engines? Only ask as they have different part numbers on the website for f7p and f7r and was wondering what the differences might be.

yes willy valver and megane cams are all different. yes there interchangeable as far as i know.

doubt you'd notice much banging some willy ones into a valver if that's what you're thinking

The thrust flange should be checked as some seem to be "loose" on the meg heads.

No thats not what i was thinking. i was wondering whether performance cams for f7p/f7r were the same and were interchangeable for the purpose of my f7r.
