That's some phenomenal race driving skills with only a lightly modded clio. Goes to show you don't need to do much to go racing with a clio. But it sounds so much more powerful though.

From what I can understand:
F7R
Prima-modded Superchip
Devil exhaust
HKS oil cooler
Normal cams, HT cables, gaskets.
Lowered coils
upgraded pads

Apparently, it was some sort of amateur Euro-make race series. Even had race queens in mini-skirts and trophy ceremonies. Didn't see any scrutineering photos on his site, so maybe some cars could be generously tuned.
