To be honest fella no, but it wouldn't be a massive amount anyway, could do with meeting a few of you and haveing some comparisons.

I'm running standard pulleys and timing at the mo, usure whether or not to get some pullleys and advance the timing before the remap

Cheers for the comments fellas 8)

Yeah I'm unsure as to whether I would benefit from different timing at the moment I'm hearing different advice from everybody.

what cams are they, and what rpm does it idle at?

They are Kent RN2002's and when I fix my cold idle problem it idles at the normal 900rpm.

At the moment though when its cold first thing in a morning I have trouble keeping it alive, I've replaced the ISCV and cleaned the throttle body, todays task is to replace the Coolant Temp Sensor, the idle problem is nothing to do with the cams as I had it before having them fitted.

I was thinking about the rn2002, what about the rn2003 & rn2004, has anyone fitted either of these cams ?

Yeah Kent have given me some optimal figures to use so I'll go with them, he siad it will be fine as it is, but if you want every inch from them time them to thier spec

too much for the std injection system to keep control of, idle wise. 2002's is about the limit if you dont want to be constantly blipping the throttle.
