Rant: Parcel Force

I bought a new tailgate of a member on here.

It arrived today, my mum signed for it so i wasnt there to check it over. Just got home from college and opened it up to find 3 bents.

any idea's of how much it would cost to get it fixed? :cry:

the second picture doesnt show very well but ive shown a line of the dent. The primer has cracked off from the top corner as it's completed bent in. :cry:

Im pretty sure you have insurance. We deal with P/Force alot at work and you can get compo for goods damaged in transit. Get the p/force consignment number and phone the customer services (can get you the number if required) give them the number and tell them whats happened.

Just tried that and can't get through. Looked on there site and it says the sender has to fill out the claim. Have to make matters harder.

Hopefully someone like dent master will be able to get them out.

In picture two i can fit my hand in it to show the size of the dent it's had to have a lot of hard smacking to make it that way.

you have insurance with parcel force mate on packages up to a certain amount!

My mrs works for Parcel force... But doesn't deal with public complaints... As long as you adhere to thier terms and conditions they will give you compensation... However, a lot of things sent by people through Parcel Force are not covered... E.g. computer equipment, Glass etc... this is because Parcel force are a Parcel Mailer, not a courier company...

I'd phone complaints... and see where you get...

It was signed for...I doubt you'll get anywhere claims wise.
